Aisha Hopkins
Owner
Aisha grew up in the Pacific Northwest and loves calling Seattle home. After graduating from the University of Washington at age 19 she entered the real estate sector as a Realtor, just in time for the housing market to crash. Luckily, she found her path investing in multifamily real estate and working as an executive in property management. Real estate will always be part of her life, but she has found her true passion in helping people and their businesses grow!
Aisha is an optimist who sees the best in people and cultivates trust through building relationships. She is known for being tenacious and focused on making improvements along the way. Inspiring others to reach their full potential personally and professionally--physically and emotionally is her passion. Having success while creating a people-first culture is always her goal.
In Aisha’s free time, she loves spending time with her son, family, and friends, being active, painting, dancing, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
Amber Smith
Operations Specialist
Amber grew up in the Pacific Northwest, in a small town called Gig Harbor. After graduating from Central Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and fashion merchandising she started her career as a flight attendant for Alaska Airlines, learning great customer service skills along the way.
Amber is an operations expert and specializes in social media management. Amber is passionate about connecting and communicating with people from all over the world. She loves learning clients’ stories and helping share them in a meaningful and entertaining manner.
In Amber’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, working out, and cooking/baking.
Jennifer Pedroza
Social Media Strategist
Jennifer is from the Pacific Northwest and lives in Gig Harbor with her husband and two daughters. She has a degree in Applied Science and a degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. She works at a Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic performing ultrasounds for high-risk pregnancies.
Jennifer specializes in social media management. She is known for helping clients’ revenue grow substantially! Jennifer is determined to help people from all around the world with their social media innovation to create a platform to reach their full potential as individuals, creators, and business entrepreneurs.
When Jennifer is not working she loves spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, working out, and traveling.
Shannon Brockman
Account Manager
Shannon is a PNW gal that recently packed her bags and ventured to Nashville, Tennessee! Shannon has an undergrad in Social Work and a master's in Business. She got her vast experience working 10 years at Nike headquarters. Shannon has a passion for blending her areas of expertise to bring people together and strategize, to move ideas into reality. She loves to create connections and help individuals and brands tell their authentic stories!
In Shannon's spare time she is anywhere between flights, on the farm riding horses, in the mountains hiking, or exploring new cities! She lives to experience life and create memories!
Jessica Ireland
Photographer
Jessica is originally from Kansas City, Missouri (go Chiefs) but calls Nashville, Tennessee home. She started her career in the entertainment industry modeling but eventually transitioned from being in front of the camera to behind it. Jessica is passionate about making her clients feel comfortable on camera so that she can capture their true beauty. Now she travels all over the world to bring to life the team’s vision, capturing amazing content along the way.
When Jessica is not shooting you can find her spending time with her two boys and husband. She loves kayaking, hiking, golfing, and most of all seeking a thrill!
